Continental Honda/Acura Express Service Advisor
Job Description
Continental Honda/Acura is part of Continental Auto Group in Anchorage, Alaska. In business for over 50-years, Continental provides exemplary service for our customers. The Express Service Advisor position is one of our critical customer service roles. In addition to greeting customers, the Express Advisor understands customer needs and translates that into functions within our service department. The advisor will also relay important details from the service technician and update the customer about the service status of the vehicle components—brakes, fluids, tires, belts, etc.
Job Requirements
Prior Service Advisor history is requested but not required. We’re open to training the right candidate.
Job Qualifications
The right candidate will display the following skills and aptitude for the Express Service postition:
- Welcome and warmly greet customers.
- Listen to customer needs, understand and translate those into services.
- Clearly document repair instructions and information for a service technician to follow.
- Provide estimates for labor and parts.
- Communicate with customers about service status, keeping them up-to-date on repairs.
- Learn and understand the products and services sold at Continental Auto Group and the warranties supporting them.
