An advanced aqua hydro block design was developed through 3D hydroplaning simulation to provide highly efficient wet braking.
A straight rib block applied to the outside of the tire helps to prevent road noise and increase cornering grip.
Handling performance is improved through the use of 3D kerf which maintain a stable shape during acceleration, braking and cornering.
The Ventus S1 Noble2 features a triple-radius profile that maintains maximum grip under Ultra-High Performance driving conditions
The outer block semi-rib design provides greater stability and handling performance
The advanced mold profile delivers uniform contact pressure on the center and shoulder blocks for secure braking performance, while straight rib block applied to the outside of the tire reduces road noise

Side filling tape has been used in the design of the Ventus S1 Noble² to aid durability. A rubber sheet, incorporated between 1st and 2nd belts help to prevent seperation in the tire's belt edge and increase durability.
SCCT Technology is designed to reduce profile deformation. If the carcass profile is not kept constant, the internal force on the carcass will be concentrated on a specific point, belt edge or carcass turn up edge. In contrast, SCCT Technology controls the dispersion of internal force for better durability.
